Overview
These rapid self-contained biological indicators are sterilization indicators for steam cycles, with spore results in as little as 20 minutes.

Ultra-fast self-contained biological indicator for steam sterilization processes. Contains Geobacillus stearothermophilus (ATCC® 7953) with a spore count of 10^6 per vial. Results available in 20 minutes Biological Indicator for Steam.
An optional pH color change confirmation can be observed after 48 hours of incubation. If the sterilization process fails, the culture medium will initially turn green and then yellow during incubation at 60°C, indicating the presence of viable spores. Successful sterilization will keep the culture medium purple after incubation. Please consult the usage instructions for cycle applicability in your region.
The 7-day readout is optional and not intended for routine use; it serves as an initial validation of the 20-minute result. Fluorescence outcomes can be compared with the 7-day visual results.
